Big Book Test 5 Section 2

why is E wrong?
If we will know something in the next decade (idea 1) then with the “,” (support) won’t it resolve the rumours about the validity of something

Could you explain how you came up with “rumors”?

If telescopes will determine whether continents are really moving in the next decade then they are rumours right now?

I wouldnt call them rumors as much as I would call them hypothesis or theories
But even if we do call them as rumors, what is your proof that it is “resolving”

The previous statements mentions “will determine”. We do not know if the telescope would provide any hard proof to prove or disprove the theories
