Could you please explain why is it that we took the probability of the birthday of the guys as 365/365 ,364/365 and so on and why not 1/365, 1/364 , 1/363 and so on…?

The question says what is the probability of two people NOT sharing the birthdays, so yup got it, but could you be generous enough to explain when will the mentioned ratios hold true?( 1/365, 2/365…)
