Can I hit goal of 325+(160+V 165+Q) from 310(152V 158Q) in one month?

I have scored a 310 and an undergraduate score of (3.7/4). Should I give the GRE again in order to improve my score? I am looking to get an admit in MIS program from CMU/UCLA/ASU. Any help is appreciated. Thank you. <3
