Can i take pressure = 0?

If i take Pressure = 0 then in both the cases the answer is 0 and if pressure is taken to be positive A > B So in my opinion ans should be D, Can anyone plz help

I think you mean “can the volume be 0” since the pressure is either 40 or 50 psi. The below from ETS might be helpful to note; I think it indirectly applies to this question, since the question becomes nonsensical if the volume can be 0.
