Co-ordinate geometry- qudrants

Here, how do i approach this problem? My first idea was to plot the parabola with vertex (3,1), and facing upwards, as a >0. But after this, what? Also, i dont have any objective deduction to solve this problem. Can we expect such problems in GRE?

You just have to sketch the parabola and the area “above” it. The parabola is easy to sketch because it is the parent function y = x^2 translated 3 units to the right and 1 unit down.

I could draw the parabola in the vettex (3,-1). then, how do i deduce from that. could you post the photo or be more clear in the explanation

Uh it’s just what i mentioned above. There’s nothing left to deduce
