Does GRE consider equivalent lines to be parallel?

If two lines have the same slope and the same y-intercept, they are the same line and have infinite intersection points. Are they also considered parallel as per the GRE?

In one of the PrepSwift videos, Greg says that they are technically not parallel, but in the “(I’m Overwhelmed) Coordinate Geometry Progress Quiz #3 Solutions” video Greg says they are parallel.
