Hello everyone!

I couldn’t understand why does the circles can intersect only for max 2 times?

While solving this problem, I have considered 2 additional cases of complete overlap, 1^st two circles are identical, and 2^nd A smaller circle is contained entirely into the larger circle.

Why can’t we consider these 2 cases?
