so i tried the plugging in number strategy and used 100 for z. Got 6.4 as the value of x.
how should i proceed?
(I tried it using algebra and got the answer as D but i am just curious about how i should proceed with the numbers strategy)
now, since you took z = 100 and found x = 6.4 and the question asked what is z = ?; then just substitute the value of x for each choice given and the correct choice should give you 100 when substituting the value of x=6.4. Personally, algebra is more the the way to go for such question as you don’t have to check each answer choice.
