Which one of them would have been correct?
I am facing difficulty in providing evidence for “certain individuals”. In my last GRE attempt I faced the same issue in eliminating the answer choice because these small details. Any help/suggestion would help me a lot.

Here’s the evidence:
If we attribute to stuff we don’t control, it leads us to OVERLOOK these factors, then it can be inferred that these are factors we can control.
