Facing issue in booking GRE Test from Home

When I sign in to my account on ETS through my laptop, and book test from Home for December 2021, it shows an alert message on screen, that “The test center and/or test date/time are no longer available”
It does not even displays the calendar which shows the dates available or not available

But when my friend signed on her laptop, through my account credentials, the calendar displayed and showed all the dates for December 2021 available

I have tried several time, since two days; but the dashboard on my laptop shows the same alert msg

I have tried signing in again
Clear cache filed from browser
Checked my system, it’s completely okay

But I am still getting the same alert msg

Please help

have u tried a different browser or try to login with some other device?

Also, talk to ETS as soon as you can.
