I couldn’t understand the question can anyone help me?

basically about the length of the pattern of digits that repeat in the reciprocal of the integer, and comparing it with the integer -1 (it should be greater or equal to that):

1/3 = 0.333333…

repeating pattern has only 1 digit

3-1 = 2

1 < 2 … Not the ans

1/5 = 0.2

has no repeating pattern

Not the ans

1/7 = 0.142857142857…

repeating pattern has 6 digits

7-1 = 6

6=6…ans

1/9 = 0.111111111…

repeating pattern has only 1 digit

9-1 = 8

1 < 8 … Not the ans

1/11 = 0.090909…

repeating pattern has 2 digits

11-1 = 10

2 < 10 … Not the ans

The answer is 7
