I gave my second GRE attempt today. I got 310. Again. 157Q 150V. I studied from prepswift. I am not sure where I am going wrong. I cant put a lot of time in prep again as I have to start working for my MBA applications too.
Also, I am confused if I should re-attempt the exam with new format.
In my opinion, the best way to figure out where you’re going wrong is to look at the diagnostic reports you received after each GRE attempt. Take a couple of days to analyze them and see if you’re making the same mistakes in both tests. If you find that you are, you should focus on addressing those particular weaknesses. If you don’t think you can improve in those areas, then personally, I’d say retaking the GRE might not be worth it, especially since you need to start working on your MBA applications.
My first score was also 310. That’s why I am concerned. For MBA, 320+ is a score that is acceptable.
MBA has only Fall intake (except Columbia and few EU schools). We have 3 rounds, but 2 for internationals (due to visa work). Round 1 is in Sept-oct and R2 is Jan first week.
Alright that’s Good if we have time. I am aiming for Spring 2024 as there are many universities which offer Spring Intake but I am not sure if we were eligible or not. Afterall, we are international applicants and it takes at least 4 months process.
I will be taking GRE in last week of Sept. See what happens…
