I understand this concept but not the wording of these problems and when to recognise which is which. It seems some questions will say, what percent larger is one number to another; and other questions will say what percent MORE is one number to another. It seems like percent larger means b = 2a (same as percent of) but percent more has a different meaning (b = 3a). How can you tell the difference? Is larger different to more?
