Targeting 162-165 for Quant. Questions missed were mostly due to the following 3 reasons:

  1. Did not read which way to answer i.e. whole number, decimal etc etc
  2. calc error like using 0.3 for 1/3 whereas it should be 0.33333 (so rounding early in question)
  3. few outrightly did not know how to do in DA.

For verbal, I am currently memorizing group 34, but on all previous ones able to get ~95% correct when revising.

What should be my next approach?

For your target score, the foundations seem to be good. If the mistakes made on the DA3 quiz were due to the reasons mentioned, then I wouldn’t worry and move on to working on strategies and time management.

If that’s not the case, review the concepts of DA3, once you feel confident you can move on.

Take a lot of timed practice tests and keep a detailed error log. Work on your mistakes.
