In this question the answer is Quantity A is greater. According to the explanation, because x=-1 is not the single case that can be plugged in Quantity B, the second quantity has lesser number of points.

However,
When I plot it on desmos,

I am not able to connect the dots as to how the equations differed. Quantity B is plotted exactly on Quantity A

You cannot use Desmos for this since it’s plotting many points, and when x = -1, the value is indeed x + 10. And when x = -1, the limital value is -9.
