Ugh, I have tried solving this question like the 5th time and I still don’t get what they are really saying and how they are solving it…

Planted crop yeild/acre: US> Soviet
Total (planted+fallow): Soviet> US

Then Fallow area for Soviet> US, right? What am I missing… @gregmat- helppp T.T
