I am preparing for GRE for past 2-3 months but I’m only able to score 50% in Big book tests. Can anyone help me with right strategy? How should I improve my basics and score better.
Firstly, which strategy are you currently using? Are you having difficulty in applying the strategy correctly or in choosing the best/right answer after applying the strategy.
For me, I believe the positive/negative math strategy works better when there are obvious support/contrast words present. Otherwise, I think trying to fill in the blank(s) by guessing before looking at the choices has helped me tremendously. When practicing I always put down 2-3 guesses pre blank before looking at the answer choices. Then make sure you note down why EACH answer choice that you don’t choose is wrong.
