For this question, if all the negative numbers are same (eg. -5,-5,-5,-5,-5), the standard deviation will be zero in both cases (-3,-3,-3,-3,-3 and -10,-10,-10,-10,-10) so B will not be greater. However if the numbers are different then B will be greater. So, I believe the answer on the website is wrong and should be D.
Please let me know if I am assuming something wrong. The picture shows that the correct answer marked on the website is B but i believe it should be D.
