Help with testing timeline!

Hi all,

I have a quick query on timeline. I started studying for the GRE in September, and now have finished my quant foundation. I’m thinking of taking 1/2 days to further consolidate, take the quizzes to see where I am at and then go into testing strategies and mocks while I continue to learn vocab! I am aiming for the January deadlines for the applications and need to get a score for the top 3-4 US schools. When do you think I should schedule in my tests?

The test date, needless to say is totally up to you.

However, make that decision with the following in mind:

  1. Official scores get sent to schools after they become available in your ETS portal (8-15) calendar days after test day.
  2. You can retake the test 21 days after your most recent take in case you are considering multiple takes.
