How much to focus on Hard and Extreme questions?

I am trying to solve the Hard and Extreme questions on GregMat but find them quite difficult.
Are the questions in GRE close to that level?
How much should I be focusing on them?

I would instead focus on getting really good at solving all the easy and medium problems first.
