Question is asking that what number should be in the 97th percentile. Does it not mean mean that we need numbers that come below 97% percentile ?

“at least in the 97th percentile”

I’m not totally able to understand it. can you please explain it bit more ? as in what is “at least” signifying here ?

“at least in the 97th percentile” means your value falls at the 97th percentile mark or higher (i.e., in the 98th, 99th, or 100th percentile).
