in chinese communites, there is a popular 3000-word list for GRE.
Is Vocab Mountain enough for a second-language learner?
Hi , I have never run across that 3000 word list so I can’t really comment on it’s usefulness. All I can say is I can put a lot of easier or insanely difficult words in a list and burgeon the list to 3000. I guess you have to sit and run through them to really understand if it’s worth your time or not.
I don’t think doing N
word-list is enough, basically the section for verbal is named as verbal reasoning for a reason .
hahahaha you know what, the 3k vocab list of GRE has been popular among chinese testers for over 10 years. so it’s truly a surprise to me for being here.
Chinese testers also have another famous core vocab which is just over 1k words.
Are yoou a native speaker?
Nope, I’m not a native speaker
If possible can you share the 3000-word list?
