Material suggestion to improve Q from 166 to 168+ & V from 153 to 158+?

I have my second attempt in about 20 days, I would like to improve quant from 166 to 168+, do you have any material suggestions such as books, courses, etc.

Same question to improve my verbal from 153 to 158+.
