Hey people, I’m trying to make a new set of WOTD content. I need all the help I can get.
As step #1, I’m trying to find scenes from famous movies or TV series containing the words from Gregmat’s 900 word list. So I’ve written a program to go through movie subtitle files and find if any word exists.
Step #2 and #3 will be getting Google definitions, synonyms and linking them to the other GRE words. (If anyone wants to do that, you’re more than welcome). We’ll put everything in a shared google spreadsheet.
For Step #1, I’m trying to collect subtitle scripts of many pop-culture movies as possible. So far I have collected scripts for all Tarantino movies, Nolan movies, and Marvel movies. Can you guys help in uploading subtitles (srt format) for any TV series (like GoT, Breaking Bad or something) or movies here
PS - If you are uploading multiple files for TV series, please put them in a folder or zip them.
