How are these questions different??
The one with red writings, Greg said 33rd percentile value is greater than 45. But in the solution of the other one, it is written that the part closer to the mean is greater than half of the 34% region. If I use this logic in the former problem (one with red marks), value for the 33rd percentile should be less than 45.
