Not Encountered score status

Hi all,

I took the PowerPrep online Practice test 2 (timed) and the last 3 questions have “Not Encountered” in the score status. What does this mean? Did I not answer them since time ran out, or does it indicate wifi issues and therefore the questions were not rendered? Thanks for the help!

I think probably this one. Do you actually remember answering all the questions?

Or more likely the student ran out of time (“wifi issues” is a rather odd reason).
