While doing these math question quizzes on this overwhelm plan. Should I also be passively training myself untimed with the strategies already discussed from the month 2 plan? My Foundation Assessment for each math topic is around 75 to 90 percent. Currently at a 156-official math.

It can be useful to try to implement the strategies that you learn. However, it depends on how much time you have. If you don’t have lots of time, then I would focus on following the plan and reviewing and understanding your mistakes to fix them. Especially, going through any of those questions you got wrong on the Foundation Assessment and filling in your gap in knowledge. If you do, then feel free to hammer home those strategies.
