PEMDAS application

If I simplify the expression in A by taking the LCM, the expressions A and B become equal. Yet, for m = 1/2, A and B are not equal. Only thing I can think of having done wrong is the application of PEMDAS when simplifying A. Can anyone tell me what I’m doing wrong?

For m=1/2;
LHS:
(1/2 + 2) (1/2 +2) =5/25/2 =25/4
RHS:
[(1/2 +2 )^2 ]/ (21/2) = (5/2)^2 =25/4
