I got 3 incorrect and 2 were left unanswered as seen in the above images, how is it possible to get 168/170 in quant then?
According to me the score should be atleast <165 in this case.
Kindly help me with this.

Gregmat Practice Tests are notoriously harder (though that is debatable) than ets PTs. As such, the scores are adjusted/scaled accordingly - The score curve can sometimes seem incongruous with ets’.
The best indicators of your score or level are the ets tests, especially the paid ones (Greg will be the first person to tell you this). Therefore, treat Greg tests as a way to build a stronger foundation, practice some more questions (given how limited ets test materials are) and generally have fun under timed exam conditions. Focus on your performance and not the score.
A few other points to note:
- NEVER, under any conditions leave a question unanswered.
- There is a non-zero chance that you get that question correct by even randomly selecting an answer and you should absolutely take it.
- Make an educated guess before you move on or be sure to come back and choose an answer before the exam ends.
- There are no penalties given for wrong answers so it is absolutely paramount that you select or guess an answer even if you are not sure.

As said by you, I shall focus on performance rather than questioning and gauging my preparation on just the basis of the score.
Also, I will make sure to attempt every question even though I might have to guess a few of them.
