Fair enough, but I think this is a reasonable assumption per the ETS Math Conventions. This is not the Leaning Tower of Pisa.

“A person standing on the same level as a building”

A 2 meter person standing on the same level as a building is looking 45 degrees at the top of the building

Maybe. You could state the assumption at the end of the question.
