Primes & LCM

Quantity A Quantity B
The least common multiple of 22 and 6 The greatest common factor of 66 and 99

I have tried using Greg’s method : Doing prime factorization
For LCM: get the numbers that are higher
For GCF: get the numbers that are lower in exponents
I got both answers as 66. So, C option but the answer is A. How?

for GCF the least exponent should be taken
66 = 3×2×11
99= (3^2)×11
GCF = 3×11× (2^0) =33
because for 99, 2 is not a factor I.e., (2^0) = 1

LCM of 22 and 6 is 66 as you already solved

So, A > B
