My way of solving is quite tedious, but I’m sure this can be done in less than 2 minutes.
First, I’d end up calculating the median. If there are 95 measurements, the 48th measurement is our median. This observation lands in the interval: 6-10. Let’s take the average of the intervals as the median, which will be 8.
Intuitively speaking, the graph is skewed to the right. So, the mean has to be greater. If you still want to clarify this, you have to do something like this: sum(for all intervals(average of the interval * frequency of the interval))
