Quant sample answers? Explanation of a Q

I have two questions:

1.In the Quant videos, there are some HW questions with no answer choices. Are the answers always these in the same order:

  • Quantity A is greater.
  • Quantity B is greater.
  • The two quantities are equal.
  • The relationship cannot be determined from the information given.
  1. I dont get this question beyond the fact that we do prime factorisation for 24 and 108:
