I think the answer should be D because if x is zero then it would have 0 non-zero distance values. Which makes the solution 2 or 0. Which means it has to be D

Let x = 0 and we can say that the non-zero distance is 5 or something.
Thus both 5 and -5 and 5 units from 0.
