I’m not sure but I guess I also related the word cursory which is something being done without care or lack of effort to the answer inaccurate? I know the correct answer was quick but could that also work?
Doing something cursorily sometimes leads to inaccurate results but not always. Hence, the meaning is not inaccuracy but speed and superficiality.
Greg for example can cursorily write an Issue essay without missing a beat, yet he’d probably still end up with a 6.0.
If I tried that, I’d end up getting the only even prime number.
Both cursory approach, different outcomes.
