Why did we consider that there is a disqualifying term in the degree question and not in the constant question?
Am I missing something about polynomials?

So when the degree of an expression is asked the expression must be polynomial(since the degree is not defined for non polynomial expressions).
And if constant is asked the expression can be non polynomial. (since it does not depend on such constraints)
Am I correct?
