In here, why did we recalculate the average as 37.5 again for appetizers. Could we not have taken the average as 30, as is given in the table already.
The average of 30 includes all customers, even those who didn’t buy appetisers.
We need the average of only the customers who bought appetisers (80%) so we take those (20%) out
Thats how Greg got 37.5 assuming 100 total customers and 80 customers who bought appetisers.
