I understand the answer is E, but what evidence tell us that B is wrong? Griswold and Poe were sometimes friends but constant rivals. But second paragraph mentions that Griswold was the literary executor for Poe so that suggests they worked together which supports option B (collaboration)?
I think that bit is about after Poe’s death, there’s no ev that they worked together while he was alive.
