In any given passage , how can we identify the author’s opinion? I mean what are the sentence clues indicating that?
Anything which is not a fact or part of somebody else’s statements or arguments can be taken as Authors take. Usually the best way to identify them is that passages use words like
Suggests, obviously, clearly, consequently, all adverbs in first person narrative
