How can we assume R is a point on the circle if it is not explicitly stated?
for further clarity, the correct answer is the quantities are equal, but that is only the case if R is a point on the circumference. and to my understand we shouldn’t assume GRE images are drawn to scale and only rely on what is explicitly stated
