The first line says it was hard time for African American newspapers. The next two sentences say, these advertisers knew that the newspapers buyers buy different papers so it was not worth advertising the AA papers. Okay now wanted to ask about the fourth sentence starting with Unfortunately…
Here it says Consequently, SP of AA papers also increased. In this part, to understand what the passage is saying and relate what the author is saying, should i think this line as Because there was no advertising, people bought it less and they had to increase their prices. Is this story telling or is this exactly what the author is saying?
