Could someone please help me identify why the pharse
'Rarely Faulted her for expressing them," not neutral
i personally filled up the blank as
“fathomable” since ‘rarely faulted for expressing them’ would mean it is possible for the to occur to people
and in that case
Commonplace appears to be a better fit, as ,in my opinion,
rarely faulted her for expressing a fathomable thought = neutral which matches with commonplace.
