Hello @gregmat i am a user of greatmat+ since past few month and i never had any problem but from yesterday i am trying to watch recorded lecture and it just keeps loading. can you please look into this problem @gregmat

Vimeo is not down , so I don’t think the problem is from gregmat (https://www.vimeostatus.com/)
Somethings to Try:
- clear cookies and login
- login from incognito mode
- use different browser
- Use VPN
- Try with different ISP

Do you have the Worldlink ISP? A lot of people with that ISP are having trouble

Yes, i am a worldlink user. And now I can only watch the recordings with VPN. It’s so annoying, I am so mad at my ISP. Anyways thanks a lot for giving your time
