What accuracy should I aim for in quant hard quizzes untimed

I am currently in the ballpark on 11-14 / 15 on the hard quizzes on gregmat , all untimed. What accuracy should I aim for consistently before I move onto timed practice? I am aiming for 165+

You’re in a good place. I think you should go ahead and start timed practice now.

What time should I aim for per question on the medium and hard questions ?

Dont treat all questions equally. Some could be tough but still be solved quick. In general I would say,

Medium - 90 - 110 seconds
Hard - 120 - 150 seconds

Try to aim for the lower end of these ranges
