What happens to SD when... prepswift question

In this problem, I chose option B because all of the numbers get multiplied by 1.2 and so does the standard deviation.

In the solution, it says that 0 could belong in the list which would make the standard deviation different.

However, since it says only positive numbers, doesn’t zero not count? Like the first positive integer is 1, so in that case the standard deviation would always increase by SD x 1.2

x is the standard deviation, not the numbers themselves. x = 0 when the list contains 100 copies of 1, for instance.
