If question asks what is 80% smaller than 44, we will take 1-0.8; i.e., 0.2*44 to get the answer.
What if qn asks for 190% smaller? What do we do?
You can use the formula, and that would get you a negative number, but I’m not sure you’ll need to deal with this in practice.
