Is it because we are deviating from reality and that gives it a negative connotations?
Primarily that our answers for the blanks have to be words that represent that ideas of
- interposing their own vision - for the first blank
- Contrast to the first blank - for the second blank
Flexible doesn’t convey that meaning intended for the first blank
The only one that does so is distorting

Idea = Putting ones own vision of something between the reader and reality
i.e presenting their own vision over what is real.
Would you say the definition of flexible that you know is = this idea ?
If you need to add in an extra step to justify how flexibility could equate to this idea…

Yes completely got it. Can i take it as i didn’t focus on the complete evidence? I mean inserting opinion but straying from the REALITY… The REALITY plays a great role here right?
