Word Memorization For Non Naive Speaker

Hi,

I would have a exam in 2 weeks, and I think I am about to finish the reading technicals and TC technicals. I learnt the logical reasoning. I did not put a lot of efforts in Quant because i got a 167 at my first trying.

Right now i have a really difficult time remembering the words. I am used to remember the words with Chinese meanings. But now i am remembering the word according to English meaning sometimes I don’t know what is going now when remembering the words. Shall i continue remembering the words or should i put more efforts on Reading and Quants?

I would mostly stare at wordlists every day until my exam date. The thing is, without the context or everyday usage, it is really hard to remember something. But then again, you mostly will not use this vocabulary every day after your exam. So, rote memorization + spaced repetition gives the most gain in one or two months of test prep time(In my personal experience). Also, if your program put more emphasis on quant parts then dedicate more time to that area and vice-versa.
