So I am confused whether to follow the videos listed in the study plan or follow the currently on-going season 4 sessions. Are they both parallel? Because the new videos have some resources listed that have to be reviewed after watching that particular video while the older ones don’t.

You can follow both. Like, follow the Study Plan to gather concepts and practice, and if you get time after completing the study plan you may watch the newer ones just for practice purposes and,
The Resources underneath the newer videos, of TC and SE, are generic, you can use them along with the videos attached to the study plan, rather I suggest you must start using those resources as they are really helpful.
