Hi there! I’m aiming for a 165+ quant score, for context.
I’ve completed the I’m Overwhelmed Plan and generally scored above 90% in the progress quizzes consistently, and went over the ones where I fell below that to improve my mistakes.
I’m on week 4 of the 1-month plan now (see previous posts for why) and I took the optional Math Fundamentals/Basics Quizzes.
Unfortunately, my performance on the first one was 80% and the second was 83%. For the first quiz, 3 of my mistakes out of 30 questions were due to not reading the question correctly or reducing a fraction incorrectly. In the second quiz, which I got 25/30 on, 2 of them were down to really silly reading mistakes.
Is this normal? I felt a hurried due to the time pressure on these, but don’t know how my scores could have fallen by nearly 10%! Is this a gap in my knowledge, or is it due to time pressure?
If so, do I manage it just by practicing more? Thanks in advance.
